Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to staff availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
You are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled service time. If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time due to circumstances within your control, a trip fee may apply.
If you are not satisfied with the results of your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address the concern at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to pre-existing conditions, damage, or areas excluded from the original service scope.
A’Rocha Cleaning carries general liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage caused by our staff during service, we will work with you to resolve the issue. We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, unsecured items, or items of extraordinary value not disclosed prior to service.
